Q1: Are your products 100% human hair?
A: Yes. We supply virgin & remy human hair, also synthetic hair options. No mixed animal/synthetic hair for human‑hair grades. Virgin hair supports bleaching & dyeing.

Q2: Is shedding normal?
A: Minor shedding is normal. Severe shedding is a quality issue, please send photos/videos within 48h after receipt.

Q3: Can I get samples? What is MOQ?
A: Samples are available. Sample cost and freight are on the buyer. Partial sample fee can be deducted from your first bulk order. Stock items support mixed lengths, colors and textures. Custom orders have higher MOQ.

Q4: Do you offer private label / OEM service?
A: Yes. Custom labels, packaging, lace type, cap size, density and colors are available. Custom orders require minimum order quantity.

Q5: What is your lead time?
A: Stock goods: 2‑3 working days after payment. Custom orders: 7‑15 working days.

Q6: Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
A: Order modification is allowed within 24 hours before production starts. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Stock orders can be adjusted before shipment.

Q7: What shipping methods do you provide?
A: We offer express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight and sea freight. Goods are shipped from our Xuchang warehouse. All destination duties and VAT are borne by the buyer. Under‑declaration is not supported.

Q8: What if my package is detained by customs?
A: Please contact us immediately. We will provide commercial invoice and packing list to assist customs clearance.

Q9: What payment terms do you accept?
A: For sample orders: PayPal, T/T, Western Union.

Q10: What is your return & replacement policy?
A: Only manufacturing defects qualify for return or replacement within 48‑7 days upon receipt. Custom‑made products are non‑returnable. Return shipping cost is at buyer’s expense. Please provide photo and video evidence first.
